The residence is opened nearly the whole year over
(apart from short periods for maintenance work)
and also good, pets are welcome.

The distance to Portoferraio amounts to 8 km and up to the next supermarket there is 4 km.

Ferry tickets can be booked directly over us.

Manner of payment:
A third of the total amount as pre-payment payable within 2 weeks after the telephone promise, payment of balance one day before the departure locally.

NO CREDIT CARDS OR BANCOMAT.

The family Ghelardi/Spinetti are at any time at your disposal, our office and our dwelling are locally.
We are one of the families which began this activity into the sixties and enjoy respect for our friendliness and the good condition of our inviting premises, those are regularly reconditioned.

The apartments are handed over on arrival day against 1.00 p.m. and must be again free on the departure day to 09,30 a.m..
